Hyva ist ein glo­ba­les mul­ti­na­tio­na­les Unter­neh­men, das 1979 in den Nie­der­lan­den gegrün­det wurde. Das Unter­neh­men hat sich ganz der Ent­wick­lung, Pro­duk­tion, Ver­mark­tung und Bereit­stel­lung von Kom­po­nen­ten ver­schrie­ben, die in der Nutz­fahr­zeug­in­dus­trie zum Ein­satz kom­men.
Als Zulie­fe­rer bie­tet Hyva ein umfang­rei­ches Sor­ti­ment an tech­ni­schen Pro­duk­ten und Kom­po­nen­ten, die haupt­säch­lich in hydrau­li­schen Be- und Ent­la­de­sys­te­men bei Lkws und Auf­lie­gern (Anhän­gern) im Trans­port­we­sen auf der Straße und im Gelände zum Ein­satz kom­men. Hyva ist außer­dem auf dem Gebiet der Her­stel­lung und des Ver­triebs von Müll­pres­sen und Müll­sam­mel­ge­rä­ten für öko­lo­gi­sche Dienst­leis­tungs­an­bie­ter tätig. Dabei wer­den die Pro­dukte auf der gan­zen Welt in zahl­rei­chen Berei­chen ein­ge­setzt.
Die Georg Hydrau­lik GmbH - mit Sitz in Olbers­dorf bei Zit­tau - ist das euro­päi­sche Werk der Hyva Group und Her­stel­ler für mehr­stu­fige Hydrau­lik­zy­lin­der.
Hyva beschäf­tigt mehr als 2.000 Mit­ar­bei­ter welt­weit, wovon über 100 Mit­ar­bei­ter in Olbers­dorf tätig sind.

Ihre Aufgaben.

  • Act as Finance Business Partner to the Plant Director and plant leadership team.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting.
  • Report, analyse and explain actual, forecast and target results.
  • Prepare annual budget planning and internal/external reporting.
  • Present financial results during management reviews.
  • Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, working capital and operational performance.
  • Perform profitability analyses, product costing, variance analysis and business case evaluations.
  • Support capital efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Support month-end/year-end closing and cooperate with auditors.
  • Optimize financial processes and reporting tools.
  • Support logistics with inventory and stock count processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and German GAAP, Group policies and internal controls.

Was Sie mitbringen.

  • Completed studies in Business Administration (specializing in Controlling/Finance) or Industrial Engineering and many years of professional experience in controlling, ideally directly in a manufacturing or production company.
  • Solid knowledge of cost and performance accounting, investment controlling, and product costing.
  • Very proficient use of MS Excel and data analysis tools; in-depth ERP knowledge (especially SAP, INFOR or comparable systems).
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and the ability to present complex production data clearly.
  • Liaison between plant management and finance.
  • Determination in demanding budget targets and implementing cost-saving measures.
